Hi Sandra,
Publicize is a little bit hidden at the moment. Create/edit a post and open the editor options via the three dots in the top-right corner, and make sure you have the Pre-Publish checks enabled. Create your post, and when you click on Publish, the Publicize options should appear in the pre-publish sidebar where you can configure it before publishing.
As of Jetpack 6.9 those options should be in their own sidebar in the editor that you can expand/collapse like the editor’s own settings sidebar.

Related posts are working for me with the Gutenberg editor, both displaying on posts created with that editor, and including posts created in Gutenberg in the list of related posts displayed. So there might be something else going on here.
Are you willing to share a link to your site, preferably to a specific post where related posts are not showing so we can take a look?

I did have Pre-Publish options checked. I now see the Publicize options in my sidebar when i publish.
As for the related posts, this is also fixed
