Our settings are such that we have to manually approve all new user registrations. After 140+ successful user registrations using the GF reg form add-on, I started having user reg failures about two weeks ago. The GF user reg form captures the necessary info (I can see all the user data in the GF Entries list, and in the “all fields” notification email I get), but can’t push it through to WooCommerce. Now, when a user registers, either the user entry never shows up in WooCommerce, or if it does, it shows up with Role=Pending, and with only the userid and the email in the data fields.

The issue started happening around the same time that my web coordinator removed CleanTalk and replaced it with Cloudflare’s WAF and the GF Zero Spam plugin. After trying various settings and fix attempts, I reinstalled CleanTalk yesterday, but no progress.

Can anyone advise or guide me as to what settings may be preventing WooCommerce from accepting these GF reg form posts?

    TIA…

    Hello @togsteam,

It appears there is a conflict between the Gravity Forms User Registration Add-On and WooCommerce. Unfortunately, I am not sufficiently familiar with these plugins to provide specific guidance. Therefore, I recommend you contact their respective support teams regarding this matter.

    Thank you.

I reached out to the forum because none of the associated plugin support teams can solve the issue.

    Anyone else available to respond?

This forum is intended for issues related specifically to the CleanTalk Anti-Spam Plugin. Based on your description, the most relevant general recommendation I can offer is to try deactivating your plugins one by one to help determine the source of the issue.
