Hi,
Please be aware of https://wordpress.org/support/guidelines/#do-not-post-about-commercial-products to understand that for commercial products you should rather use their support forum: https://www.gravityforms.com/support/
But given that your question is related to Groups, I wanted to check to see if there is something you could work with. One way I would approach it is to hook into the notifications process in Gravity Forms, get the desired users via Groups’ API for the form and e.g. use the Bcc headers to send out the notification to the members of the group. See https://docs.gravityforms.com/gform_pre_send_email/ where this is documented.
Cheers
Hi Kento. Sorry for not keeping in line with the guideline, but as you said since its related to groups i do hope its okay!
When that said, thanks for your reply – i was hoping for another solution with a more UX friendly perspective so to speak. My idea was that i could be able to choose a group from the merge-field section dropdown on the notifications page instead of using API/Hooks every time, since this would require coding skills everytime something should be changed, or am i wrong?
Please let me know what other options could be available. ALso please let me know if the expected behevaiour i am seeking could be achievable or if its a limitation of groups plugin or gravityforms?

Hi Mathias,
I see, what you describe would be an extension that would require an extensive amount of work to be built. I would suggest to hire a developer to do this for you, as I don’t really see this functionality being added as part of an existing extension that we maintain.
Cheers
