Thanks for reaching out to the WooPayments forum! I understand that Google Pay stopped working after the latest plugin update and is now showing a billing address error. That’s understandably urgent—especially since it’s your most used payment method and it’s directly affecting your customers’ ability to check out.
I tried to test your site at http://eskimolearnearn.com, but I wasn’t able to access the cart or checkout flow without logging into a customer account. To help us investigate further, could you please share the following:
- A screen recording of the issue so we can see exactly where and how the error is appearing.
- Your System Status Report from WooCommerce → Status → Get system report (you can paste it at https://pastebin.com or https://quickforget.com).
- Any relevant WooPayments error logs from WooCommerce → Status → Logs, especially from around the time the issue occurred.
Once we have this information, we’ll be able to dig deeper and help get Google Pay working again for your store. Looking forward to your update!
