    Hi,

I am unable to generate a XML review feed. The product feed is OK. I have checked the suggestions on the support page. The file permissions are OK, and there are no products excluded (except for the default filter of minimum review length, but many reviews are long enough).

    The plugin shows this notification:

I have waited 48 hours to make sure all cron jobs finished. But the notification never changes.

I’ve tried all 3 options in the the Variable Product Identifiers listbox, the result is the same (404).

Is there a log file or something I can check to see what’s wrong?

    Many thanks,
    Shustus

    Hi,

    Thanks for using CusRev.

Do you use the server/real cron to manage cron jobs on your site? If yes, please switch back to WordPress cron and recheck this issue.

Hi, no I am using the default wordpress cron. Does the plugin have a log file I can check?

    Hi,

Our plugin doesn’t support a log file to check this. You can try to use the plugin WP Crontrol to monitor the cron on your site.
Or deactivate all plugins except CusRev, WooCommerce and switch to a WordPress theme and see how it goes.

Thanks for the tip! These are the cron events related to product feeds:

I don’t know which cron job is responsible for the review feed (if any of those 3). Both ivole_ jobs have no action, which seems odd.

Do you notice anything out of the ordinary?

    Hi,

Two cron jobs are cr_generate_prod_feed, cr_generate_feed, not ivole_. I see it is running, in your screenshot.
If it still doesn’t work, please try to deactivate all plugins except CusRev, WooCommerce, switch to a WordPress theme and recheck this issue.

We haven’t heard from you for more than two weeks. For this reason, I’ll assume that either you are not interested in this question/problem anymore or it has been resolved. If you still require any help, please start a new forum topic.

Haven’t had the time to look into the issue, so can’t say yet if it has been resolved. Will update this topic if there’s something useful to share.
