Also the log is empty, so dont show any error, the only error we get is this:
“There was an error trying to send your message. Please try again later.”

It looks form is not submitted correctly that’s why it says
“There was an error trying to send your message. Please try again later.”
Can you deactivate this plugin for a while to test if a form works??
I think there might be an issue with SMTP (email server), once you received an email then only you will get data in a sheet.
Alternatively, you have to enable debug true in wp-config.php file

first, deactivate the addon and check if a form works,
second, if the form works and you get an email then again activate the plugin and enter the debug statements in wp-config and reauth once, and then check the error log and let me know with the errors.
