Google reader shared default rss link problem

I am trying to get my blog: http://www.londoncyclist.co.uk/ to simply display my google shared items, so using the default rss feed widget that comes with wordpress I entered the google reader shared items address (its an atom feed) but the links keep coming up as:
http://www.address.com/article/http://www.address.com
Rather than:
http://www.address.com/article/It is adding the website address in again to the end?
For example: see the blog under news feed.
