Google is blocking UpDraftPlus

    Hi,

    I just put this website online.
    I tried to connect my Google Drive to UpDraftPlus, but when I click on Connect Google Drive, I select the Google Account I want to use, and then I get an error page saying ‘This application has been clocked, The application has tried to access sensitive information on your Google Account. Google has blocked access to protect your account’.

    What’s odd is that UpDraftPlus already has access to that account on other websites…

    Any ideas ?

    What version number are you using. Can you please make sure you have the latest one?

    Google recently changed their policies without informing us, we issued an update to resolve this.

    Google being Google…
    So, I updated UpDraftPlus… and it worked… thank you and have a great day !
