    Hi there,

The Google shopping feed used to be generated correctly, but since a week ago, it stopped working and never generated the feed. it always stuck in 1% even when we try to run it manually, it gets stuck at 0% and in the FTP folder, we see it creates the temp file but it stays as empty and even after one hour, it still stuck at 0% and no product has been added to the tmp xml file in the ftp folder.

we didn’t make any change to the feed itself. I guess your recent plugin update might have broken something. We just updated the plugin to the latest version, but still no luck.

Please help us find a fix for this issue.

  • Hi,

Thanks for using our plugin and reaching out to us. Sorry to hear your feed isn’t updating. Did you already check your WooCommerce fatal error logs of the last couple of days? Look for errors that indicate there are errors related to maximum CPU or memory usage or a maximum execution time error. This is where you can find those WooCommerce fatal error logs: https://woo.com/document/finding-php-error-logs/

When you do find those errors in your error logs than the plugin is having problems updating the feed(s) because it is running into server configuration limitations. In that case try lowering the batch size of the plugin from the default 750 products per batch to a lower number, lets say 250. This is how you can do so: https://adtribes.io/batch-size-configuration-product-feed/

    Hope this helps?
