Did you open up your feed in your browser and checked the content of the g:product_type fields of your feed and counted how many of your products have the “technologia e informatica” in it?
My guess is that the 203 products is the number of your products in the main “technologia e informatica“, however you have lots of subcategories underneath it too so products sit in both the main and subcategory. So changes are big that your feed will actually contain the subcategories and not the main category in your feed. This is not easily to change unless you are using the primary category feature of the Yoast SEO or Rankmath plugin. When you set your main categories as primary category than our plugin will only pick up on the primary category

Install Rank Math and select the primary category for several items to test and still look the same as before. There is no other solution? It is really difficult to manage campaigns like this

Apologies, my bad. You also need to change the field mapping to the “Yoast / Rankmath primary category” attribute.

Yes and than make sure to mark your categories as primary category on your product edit page and process the feed.
You cannot have two mappings for your g:product_type.

You can’t do that, Google won’t allow you putting two product_type fields in your feed.
