@eliant – Sorry for the delay and confusion. In general there isn’t a lot of complexity to how it works, so we haven’t really taken the time to write up anything long form.
Is there something specific you got hung up on?

It’s been too long to remember the specific problem I was having when I posted this. But I definitely would include in any Start-up Instructions the fact that #1) the administrator must start using this plug-in by visiting Posts>Membership Level, and create the desired membership levels. Then step #2) go to Settings>Content Control to create the various rules to apply to the Membership Levels from step #1.
@eliant – I think there is some confusion there then, those Membership Level pages/settings are not coming from our plugin or from WordPress core, so you have another plugin adding that functionality. I can’t see us documenting setup for other plugins on our end though.
