Getting Scan Error

    Hi,

    I am getting “Scan error” when i scan my website.Below is the endless error:

    Hey shibha,

    I think you may have a file/folder with either permission or special characters in them that your version of PHP is having issues reading and converting. I’m going to be looking into a work around for this. The best way to test is to just filter out your root path and see if the scanner works. If it does then somewhere in your directory tree there is a file/folder that would need to be excluded to get the scanner to finish…

    Thank you so much for a reply. Could you please elaborate on what do you mean by “Filter out your root path” . i tried to change the permissions on my folder:

    I am able to scan after deleting my folder from htdocs and recreating everything.

    Hey Shibha,

    Thanks for the update… To filter the root just means on the first step of creating a package you can add directory filters. Looks like you go it going, was probably a permission or special character issue…
