• hey i have never face this issue on my website and few days ago i have moved my site to another host.

    this is what i get when i try to install plugins via plugin manager

    but i can still install plugins when i try again to install it

    here is the php log i get with the plugin install:

    i already check the file permission everything is fine still don’t know why this happen. please help if anyone know about this…

    According to the warning above reported, I belive that you don’t have totally moved the website to the new host. There’re missing directories. Try to check the original website against to new one comparing the directories and files strutucture e size.

    should i try reinstall wordpress from the dashboard ? i can restore another backup but the client has added few new products. if i try reinstall option wordpress data will reset ?

    Whether you restore some previous backup you’re gonna lost those added last products for sure. However, I believe that that is your last resort on this case because your site doesn’t work at all.
