Get Playlist Button Not working

    Hello – Trying to embed a playlist gallery. After I paste the playlist URL into the field in the wizard, then click the “Get Playlist” button, nothing happens. I double and triple checked my API key which is correctly entered in the settings. I have also tried multiple playlist URLs, including the TED one you show as an example.

    Please help.

    Hi,

    We have two suggestions:
    1) If you’re running any browser extensions, turn them off and try
    2) Alternatively, you can just try and do the same actions with a different browser (without extensions running). For example, if you are using Safari, try Firefox and Chrome.
