Hello @skayw, german translation is still waiting for approval. After approval by wordpress translate team, plugin will be fully translated.
We distribute .po and .mo files together with our plugin with full translations. As a temporary fix, until we get translations approved, you can download them manually from our svn and replace the ones in your plugin installation.

About 3CX Privacy Policy displayed with on premise server you could have point. We’ll check and see if it’s possible to remove, and leave only for external chat servers. Stay tuned for next release.

But:
My problem is: i do not use your chat flatform. I use my own host. For that it´s not correct that wp live chat shows the message:
We use WP Live Chat by 3CX as our live chat platform. By clicking below to submit this form, you acknowledge that the information you provide now and during the chat will be transferred to WP Live Chat by 3CX for processing in accordance with their Privacy Policy.

Hello @skayw, we just released version 8.1.5 with a fix for this issue. 3CX Privacy Policy doesn’t appear when you select On Premise chat server.

I have a similar problem. Since there is no translation to Croatian, I have translated the whole gdpr notice in the “Use as custom text” section.
To the visitors, it is shown with this:

Is it possible to remove it, since it has been included in the translated custom text?
