Gallery Issues

    Good afternoon,

    I recently update my FooGallery to 1.4.30 and since then some of my Single Thumbnail Galleries aren’t working. I’m not getting the hover over detail and i can’t view the galleries themselves. Any ideas how i can fix this?

    Also the thumbnails do take quite a while to appear on the page.

    Any help would be much appreciated.

    Hi Simon,

    Having a look at your page response times in the chrome network tab, there are some issues loading assets on the page. So the images are taking up to 30 seconds to load.

    I think you need to contact your host and ask them why these assets are taking so long to load.

    Thanks for your reply.

    It might sound a daft question but what question should i ask my host (whom are 1and! btw), why aren’t images loading quickly?? Surely that’s a vague question?!?

    What about the galleries that aren’t working?

    Hi Simon,

    You can ask the host to open the website and monitor it from chrome network tab to see that certain assets (certain fonts and images) take over 30 seconds to load up until a certain point and then instantly load.

    The slow loading of the images is causing a timeout in the foogallery javascript.
