Thanks for your feedback, we appreciate you trying the plugin and are sorry to hear it wasn’t a good fit. Due to the amount of time required to support and maintain a plugin based on the ever-changing Facebook platform we have to offer a Pro version and reserve some features for that, otherwise we unfortunately wouldn’t be able to dedicate the time and effort required to supporting and keeping this free plugin up to date.
We understand that some users would prefer to have certain features included in the free version, and certainly respect and appreciate your feedback on that. Due to the amount of time that supporting this plugin requires, we have to strike a balance in which features we’re able to include for free in order to try to be a sustainable business so that we support anyone who uses this plugin long into the future!
