    Hi, why doesn’t it work with plugin Free Downloads? WordPress user is not created, only customer EDD. How to fix? If you make out through the page Checkout, then everything is created normally)

    Hi Aleksandr,

    Which Free Downloads extension are you referring to? Our own extension (https://easydigitaldownloads.com/downloads/free-downloads/) will only create a user if the “User Registration” checkbox within Downloads > Settings > Extensions > Free Downloads under “Fields Settings” is enabled.

    You can also use our free EDD Auto Register extension to automatically register the users: https://wordpress.org/plugins/edd-auto-register/

    I can confirm the same issue as @aleksandrx.

    I have both your Free Downloads extension (purchased from EDD website) and EDD Auto Register, but for some reasons WP users are not created, only in EDD.

    I tried to change settings in Free Downloads and Auto Register, but nothing helps.

    Basically, users who download some for free don’t receive their login details on the email, but other emails like receipt they receive.
