Forms not sending emails

    Hi, I have 2 forms on this site that were working fine until last Thursday, it would seem they are being blocked by my hosting servers Barracuda service for the following reasons:

    I have found that mail is being blocked on Barracuda and on the local mail server due to:
    550 Empty envelope senders not allowed (in reply to DATA command))

    It looks like the forms are not adding a sender address.
