I just updated the plugin to 2.7 but now i don’t see any of my old forms on the list. http://www.imagebam.com/image/2033ec399535653
except the test form that i just created after the update. can you please help.

What was the previous version? I think something may have gone wrong when the database was upgraded.

I see. Do you have a backup of your WordPress database from before you upgraded the plugin?
