Formatting and CSS?

    The formatting toolbar to compose an email is quite limited.
    It is just the same limited toolbar used by WordPress, with I assume the majority of the formatting supposed to be via CSS?

    How can I apply CSS to a composed email to be sent with Email Subscribers & Newsletters ?
