Form + Sheet Integration not working

    This integration had been working fairly well but recently it started giving me headaches…

    A few times I was able to reestablish the connection between the form and the destination sheet by reposting the same information, but currently I’ve posted the same entry 3 times and it’s still not getting through to the destination sheet.

    Please help me, since this is a key process in our operations.

    Hello @franciscoalfredomarcos,

    Thank You for getting in touch.

    Can you confirm your integration is showing active under the Integration tabs?

    While authentication you must give Google Sheets and Drive permissions.

    once the authentication is showing active, then check after adding correct Sheet Name and Sheet Id, Tab Name and Tab Id, then only all your form submissions will be saved to the connected sheet.

    If everything is correctly added and still entries are not showing in the sheet, then please enable the debug logs from your site and let me know with the errors.

    I guess this might have happened due to the Google Quota limit also.

    Hi Abdullah,

    Thanks for your prompt reply.
    I’ve checked for everything you’ve pointed out. The plugin has enabled access to the Drive account, all the headers coincide (unsurprisingly, since this integration had mosty been working for the last 3 or so years) and the debug log simply says “No log file exists as no errors are generated.”.

    Please help me, since I just found the integrations of the other forms have also been working only partially. Some posts reach the destination sheet and some don’t 🙁

    Hi Abdullah,

    Thank you for your reply. However, the issue is certainly not due to a quota limit, since on average we’re posting less than 10 entries per hour. I tried revoking the plugin’s access to Drive and then authenticating again (ie. resetting it) and now neither form is sending its entries to GoogleSheet. The forms are working alright and the integration parameters are exactly the same they used to be back when the integration was working more or less okay-ish for one of the forms. Now they’re both non-operational.

    Any suggestions?

    To confirm can you enable the debug log from wp-config.php and check the system status tab in the plugin, and also under integration tab while clicking debug view link.
    Whenever entry is missing you will see an errors, just send us those errors to check and help you out further.
