    I have the free version of Form Maker to test but intend
    to purchase the annual version. I cannot see how to create a form
    that allows my user order multiple quantities across sizes of a
    garment. For example, I’m try to create “Men’s Oxford” and allow a
    user to request any number of quantities for sizes XS, S, M, L, etc…
    to allow a response for example of (1) XS, (15) S, (20) M, etc… all
    on the same “field”. Is this possible with the plugin and, if so, how
    is it possible?

    Hey @logan66!

    Unfortunately Form Maker doesn’t have an option to select size and quantity with the same field, but with 2 fields that is possible. For example you can make quantity field conditional, if user selects certain size, quantity field would appear and user can choose the quantity.

    For other sizes which are not selected quantity field would be hidden.

    You can also check our commerce WD plugin, it is more comfortable for such functionalities.
