The error message “Sorry, there are no services, employees, or locations to book” typically occurs in one of the following scenarios: a) Incomplete or incorrect plugin configuration. Please ensure that: Services, employees, locations, and schedules are properly set up. Each service is assigned to one or more employees. Each employee has an active schedule, and a main location is selected. b) Website caching conflicts – Caching plugins or server-side caching may prevent the booking form from functioning correctly. Try temporarily deactivating any caching plugins or clearing your site’s cache to see if the issue is resolved.
