I cannot select a file to send. When I try and select one, it just blanks out the button to accept/attach

Hi @summitwinterguard ,

I just tested the form and uploaded an image. Everything works fine on my side. Did you receive the email with attachment?

I received an email, but no attachment, It gave me the name of the attachment, but not the attachment itself.
