Hi, i have backed up my site on a google drive. Since i have multiple sites, i use separate account for each site backup. However, i now forgot the gdrive account for which one of my site updraft back up is connected. Is there any way to find out the linked gdrive account. Or is there any way i can export all the backup in the remote storage to a know gdrive account from the wordpress dashboard?

    thanks

  • Hi,

One way to find out the account is by checking the backup set timestamp, site name and random character string at remote storage.

The backup set consists of a number of .zip and .gz files. These will all be identified by the same timestamp, site name and random character string. The naming scheme is as follows:

    backup_<YEAR>_<MONTH>_<DAY>-<TIME>_<Site Name>_<12 random characters>-<Section of the backup>.[zip/gz]

    e.g.:
    backup_2018-11-19-1839_WordPress_d59089f8ad80-plugins.zip
    backup_2018-11-19-1839_WordPress_d59089f8ad80-themes.zip
    backup_2018-11-19-1839_WordPress_d59089f8ad80-uploads.zip
    backup_2018-11-19-1839_WordPress_d59089f8ad80-db.gz

So from the sitename you can identity the site and account it’s associated with.

As, If you have wiped the settings, it will be hard to recover the account its associated with.

Also I see this issue has been marked as resolved, Did you already managed to fix the issue?

    Thanks,
    Harshad
