How can I force the plugin to use French as the language? My WordPress installation is french but the link label is still “Taxonomy Order”.

The french translations are still not approved by a moderator, as soon someone will check into it, you will see the correct text https://translate.wordpress.org/projects/wp-plugins/taxonomy-terms-order/stable/fr/default
