Force gateway

Can we force Terawallet to show on the checkout page or disable another gateways if we have enough money in terawallet? I have some issue. I use a checkout fees on external payment gateway like paypal. For example if i have 10$ in my wallet and i want to buy a 10$ product, when i am in the checkout page, and the payment is already on paypal, terawallet see it as a partial payment and it is disable. i just see the partial payment to check. Otherwise if terawallet was activated and that i choose it, the payment fee will disapear and i can pay with terawallet.
