    I’ve integrated Contact Form 7 with Akismet to filter out spam, but some still gets through. Does flagging it as spam do anything? Apart from moving the message to the spam category, I mean?

    When you mark a message as spam in the Inbound Messages section, and Akismet is active, Flamingo sends a spam report for the message to Akismet, so next time it will be more likely that Akismet judges similar messages as spam.
