Fixed handling fee

Hi
After much struggle I got the plugin to work. But it seems like you have to remove all restrictions from the API-key from Google before it works 🙁

Anyway – it works now, but I would like to add a “handling fee” that will always be added as the minimum fee for shipping.

So basically handling fee + (distance/divider)*price

Is there a way of doing that?
