Fix ERROR ‘File does not exist’.

    In “Download Options,” if you change any settings under Download Listing Options or Download RSS Options, trying to download any file afterward results in a “File does not exist.” error.
    For example: If I change No. Of Downloads Per Page: 20 to 100 has an error “File does not exist.”
    After that, I have also saved settings in Permalink Settings with no success.
    It works fine after restoring the database, but how can I fix it manually without restoring my database?

    It works fine after the database recovery, but how can I fix it manually without performing a recovery?
    Please help me with this…
