    Hello,

    Quick question, what does this plugin check against to see if it’s the first order for customer? Email, Billing address, Shipping address etc?

    Hello,

    Thank you for reaching out.

    The plugin checks against billing email. The free version checks use of this email for this coupon. The pro version has advanced validation on checkout if a user has placed any order using this billing email.
