Firebase chat problems

As i see many people having problems with the developers not responding i`m trying it here.

I want to use firebase in my website to enable the chat function on wcfm. I have followed the tutorial 2 times from scratch but i cannot get it to work at all. I see the button on my website but it keeps connecting but it never does. I also have all the rules and stuff done on the firebase website.

anyone who can help me or had the same problem?
