Hi Nicolas,
The plugin handles all the searching so it won’t apply on a particular page (e.g. /ads). You will need to configure the search form to show the correct posts (e.g. filter to post_type of “ad” if that’s what you have set up?) and rebrand the search page as appropriate.
Configurable result urls and templates are both functionalities I have planned for a premium version of the plugin and I can let you know when this is available. I’m not sure if this what you’re trying to achieve though.
Can you explain a bit more about what you are hoping will happen? How do you have the ads page set up? What is showing on it before the search? What would you hope would be showing after the search? I doubt if this plugin will support your needs out of the box, but it would be interesting to know what you’re trying to do so I can bear it in mind for future development.
Thanks,
Don

Hello, my for your answer.
How do I change the name of the search page?
To explain, I created with CPT UI my “Ads Vehicles”, then I created a template page for these anonce. Then create my page on wordpress using this template page. and it is on this page that I want your filter.
So I set your plugin and I add the shortcode to my tempage page.
Thank you
Hi Nicolas,
Okay, I think I understand what you want.
You have a listings page showing only posts of type “Ads Vehicles”.
This listings page has a custom template.
This listings page has a search form.
You want the search results in the same custom template.
Does that sound right?
It sounds like the planned premium functionality would do what you want. Specifically the ability to select results templates on a form by form basis.
The premium plugin is quite a way from completion at present as I’m currently focused on getting the free plugin stable. I could possibly put together a preview with just this functionality for a small fee if you’d be interested?
Thanks,
Don

Hello,
Yes that’s it. And yes it interests me a lot.
Thank you
Hi @gsvi,
I’ve added a link to purchase the plugin here. It is very much still under development, it basically includes little more than the functionality described above, and has not been through much of a QA process, but I think it should fix your issue.
