File Block Font Color

I would like to change the font color from my default font color of light gray, which is hard to see, to black, within the FILE blocks. The file block works perfect for uploading fillalbe .pdf forms (when I try to upload the fillable .pdf to media it blacks out the file), but I do not have the option to change the font color for JUST the FILE block text, how would I do that?
