Feed suddenly stopped working

    The Instagram Feed suddenly stopped working. I have no idea, looks like an instagram-related problem to me, but i’m not sure.

    i’ve tried:
    – Uninstalling the plugin and installing it again
    – Disableing and enabling the plugin
    – Resetting the Access Token
    – Creating a completly new feed
    – inserted a new shortcode

    Nothing helps.

    Could you help me please?

    Dear Stefan, when you create the feed, do you get any error?
    When you insert the feed into a page/post what you see there?

    Please send me copy of the messages you get or screenshots.

    I’m also running into this issue.

    Did not get any error messages in the admin when creating the feed, but looking at Chrome’s console, I’m seeing this error:

    Same issue since last weekend. Please help. I would like to continue using this plugin.

    @zhannak I don’t get any error messages. The “Please reset the access token” messages appears from time to time and i always renew the access token succesfully, but the stream just doesn’t show up and doesn’t display an error message.

    Hello dear friend,

    For now, we have a bug in Instagram feed due to API changes and it can’t pull the feed where there are Instagram videos.

    If this is the case, then please wait for an update next week which solves this issue.

    I am sorry for any inconvenience, we’ll do our best to solve the issue ASAP.
