Feed Missing Products

    We have the Pro license.

    The product feed manager reports the following, “Total products : 476/476”, which I assume should all be in the XML file. However when I preview the feed, I only see a small number of products. Google Merchant center reports that I’m only submitting 24 products with the feed.

    I’ve cleared the cache, updated, I fixed an issue with the weight suffix going from “lbs” to ” lb”. I’m not sure what else I can do to get the plugin to generate a feed with all of the products. It’s not reporting any errors or warnings below the field mapping section.

    • Your feed URL
    • Screenshot of the feed configuration settings and especially the filter

    That way, our team can properly investigate why only 24 products are being generated despite the 476 count.
