It would be great if the modal window opened when you click on the anchor link. If the anchor link is on the current page, the window would open immediately. If on another one, then immediately after loading a new page.

Hello @gl_spice ,

The plugin does support popup on clicking the anchor. We have a detailed documentation for that here: https://docs.cmblocks.com/simple-popup-block/trigger-on-click/

The second part is a bit confusing. Can you please clarify with an example if possible?

I mean anchor urls like https://site.com#anchor. It will be very useful for sharing links exactly on popup. And also we can use it with new gutenberg pattern system (make synced pattern with button and change button url to show popup)
