Feature Request: Markdown in comments

I’m using this plugin on all my new sites – markdown is the past and the future. 🙂
It would be swell to have it work in the comments too.

@johndeebdd I appreciate your support and your kind words. I do offer professional support, I use the plugins as well for professional works – currently self-employed freelancer – please keep in mind relying on Markup Markdown that is an open source plugin with a small community and not backup up by a larger company has its own inconvenient as well for a business use.
Even if I do my best to maintain and develop the plugin, for example I can’t guarantee the response time, there was a security issue found last month, currently a few components do not work with assistive technologies, etc… There’s a long path I need to continue. 🏍️
About the comments it was on my TODO and was already requested by other users, it’s already available. Please refer to the following guide :
