Feature Request: Always Exclude URL’s Wildcard

It would be nice to be able to include a * in the url of The ‘Always Exclude URL’s. In the case where a website may have many posts with many tags or products that they do not want cached where inventory may change hourly, having a wildcard feature would be very helpful.
