Fatal errors

Only fatal errors after installation.
Requested a refund within 24 hours, because I was in a time crunch and had to go with a competitor (that worked first time btw).
Refund policy claims a refund within 30 days no problem, but they do not honor that.
Instead the support person demanded a 5/5 review to get my refund (so they wanted me to lie). Alternatively, I can give them access to my website so they may debug and I keep a license I no longer need, but we’re never giving an outsider access to our site, especially one I don’t trust.
I refused so we’ll just eat the $$$ and keep the license to try again another day.
So far the experience with this thing has been bad.
