There’s no fix yet, but the work around is to install bCMS with Scriblio. More information in that thread and in the 3.3 release notes: https://plugins.trac.wordpress.org/changeset/892379/
I’m leaving the Github ticket open, as the plugin shouldn’t have a breaking dependency like that, but let me know if this workaround works for you?

Untill yesterday scriblio 3.2 worked fine with WP3.9.1 running on Weaver II theme. Scriblio 3.3 didn’t.
Yesterday I updated my PHP version from 5.2 to 5.4. Then a fatal error appeared in the header (can’t remember which one; I guess it was the same as below with “on line 120”). Apart from that everything seemed to work fine. Updating scriblio to the latest version resulted in the following fatal error in the top widget area with the admin bar and the posts disappearing.

Just installed bCMS as recommended (https://plugins.trac.wordpress.org/changeset/892379/).
Now the scriblio widgets are loading and loading. They do not appear. I probably have to “…flush [my] rewrite rules”. What does this exactly mean. How can I do that. Changing which rewrite rules? Scriblio’s? bCMS’?
