Fatal error taking memory | Critical Error

Initially we were blocked out of the WordPress dashboard until the new version of 5.18.0.1 was rolled out. The issue is now occurring again. Here is the error below:

Hi @pholzman ,

Thank you for reaching out.

I can’t help but notice the incorrect folder name of event tickets in your plugins folder (event-tickets-disabled). This is supposed to be just /wp-content/plugins/event-tickets/.... Do you have the latter folder in your plugins directory, and if you do, have you tried removing the /event-tickets-disabled/ directory?
