    Hi @charlesrodmell ,

Upon reviewing your System Information, we noticed you are using a couple of plugins (such as Solid Security Basic, or W3 Total Cache), that could be disrupting the connection – and therefore causing the fatal error message.

However, as long as the site is intact and the plugin remains connected, this is nothing to worry about.

Please let us know if there’s anything else we can assist you with.

    Kind regards,
    Marija

    Hi @marijastuntcoders ,

I’m getting the same error every single day. You say that there is nothing to worry about, but I would like to not receive those emails every day. Can you please fix the error?

I’m still getting these emails. Make it stop. “You are a using a security plugin or cache” isn’t a userful answer really – this is everyone that uses wordpress. If there’s an exclusion that needs adding to w3tc maybe?
