• Hi, I am doing work for a client, in the dashboard, in the stats area:

Fatal error: Access level to Piwik\Plugins\Actions\Columns\ActionUrl::configureSegments() must be public (as in class Piwik\Columns\Dimension) in /piwik/plugins/Actions/Columns/ActionUrl.php on line 29

    Please Advise, thanks Juli

This looks like an error in Matomo/Piwik and not in this WordPress plugin (WP-Matomo/WP-Piwik). You should post this in the Matomo forums.

Or are you referring to the Matomo plugin? https://de.wordpress.org/plugins/matomo/

Thanks for the response. The current plugin installed is WP-Matomo Integration ver 1.0.24.

My client says he setup with an “On Premise” installation which removes his cloud-based access.

You had mentioned it looks like an error in Matomo/Piwik, does that mean it is an error with their platform. Sorry I am not too familiar with the Matomo setup. If it is a an error as you described what would be the best way to address the issue ?

    Thanks Juli

On my installation the last Matomo-Update was started but DB-updates were pending. After letting the updater finish all is fine again.
