    Hello Team,

I hope this message finds you all in good health and spirits!

First and foremost, I would like to express my appreciation for the excellent plugin you have developed for importing data. However, I am currently encountering an issue with the Image field.

While attempting to upload a CSV file into the WooCommerce product, I have observed that most of the data is imported correctly. However, there seems to be an inconsistency with the import of certain image fields.

Upon conducting thorough debugging, I have identified the root cause of the problem. The variation in the URL structure is as follows:

    Successfully Imported URL: https://domainnn.xyz/xyz_abc.jpg

    Unsuccessfully Imported URL: https://domainnn.xyz/xyz-abc.jpg

The only disparity I have noticed between the two URLs is the presence of a hyphen “-” in the image name. It appears that when a hyphen exists in the image name, it is not being downloaded and imported into my products.

I would like to emphasize that I have a fresh site installation, with no additional plugins installed. I have also verified that there are no conflicts with other plugins or the theme.

I eagerly await your prompt response and resolution of this matter.

Thank you sincerely for your attention to this issue.

    Best regards,
    Hemant Kothari

  • Hello Hemant,
I appreciate your kind thoughts regarding our plugin so much. A scheduling method is used to import the images. Please confirm whether the loading icon is visible. And Public access must be allowed to the image URL.
