    Hello there,

setting up a Pixel with Complianz works OK and the pixel helper shows all green (of course only if you click accept on the consent). But, the Facebook platform says that the Pixel is not working (because it is behind that consent wall). Is there a way to work around this?

Complianz automatically gives consent to bots, but it is possible that Facebook looks at other aspects of the setup, like the blocked script.

Not much we can do about the way Facebook detects the configuration I’m afraid.

    Hi @kosvrouvas,

We, unfortunately, can’t block Facebook and at the same time let them connect to the pixel to verify. I presume they fire a request on the blocked script.

If you need to verify the workings during a set-up in Facebook you can disable the Facebook integration during this period.

    regards Aert

Unfortunately this doesn’t happen only when setting up the pixel but everytime a new campaign starts.
