• WARNING: DO NOT USE SNAP PLUGIN. DO NOT TRUST NEXTSCRIPTS. THEY ARE UNRESPONSIVE TO TECH SUPPORT. THEY ARE CLEARLY DUPING CUSTOMERS.

I have SNAP Pro and followed ALL instructions to make Facebook work. I have a Facebook Dev key. It reports the client (SNAP) is outdated and blocks it. I tried the pro version’s session ID and user/password. Both are broken and block my Facebook account repeatedly.Facebook threatened to disable my account after 10 password resets.

I file a support ticket on their support forum. It included detailed steps and screen shots of the steps I had taken to follow their instructions.

    NO RESPONSE

I filed a dispute with PayPal and demanded a full refund. The dispute included a PDF print of the entire support ticket with detailed steps I had taken.

The NextScript team responded to the dispute with a link to the instructions that I had followed and detailed my experience on their support forum. Clearly, this NextScript person did not review the case on their support forum and did not read the entire PayPal dispute.

You can review my NextScript ticket here:

UPDATE: PayPal has escalated my dispute. They will review NextScripts’ inaction and hopefully issue a refund and penalize NextScripts.

    Hi @slaterocks,

I am also the Pro user and was thinking to contact to PayPal for this case.

It is wasting our time for waiting their replies. I have been waiting for a while now.

I am not sure if this forum allows us to do this, but I guess we need to gather and ask them to improve their services.

At this moment, I am using FB native API and other plugin for Pinterest. As you might recognized, they are actually update their plugin. Meaning, they are on foot.

It is difficult to discuss about the definition of “Customer Service”. Still though, I noticed that there are some paid users asking them in this forum. Well, this is the only place to ask them now.

I still really want them to solve my issue (especially with their own API) and continue to improve this plugin.

Therefore, I am now thinking about gathering paid users in here or somewhere else to claim “what we really need from them”. Someone wants to refund, someone wants it to work as it should do or so…

Anyway, I must apologize if I bother you to read my words. I hope PayPal solve this issue.

    All best,

@mode8jp, I have some good news (for me). Facebook sided with me in the dispute and issued the refund a couple days ago. You have nothing to lose and everything go gain by filing a dispute and telling the truth. Good luck.

@mode8jp, by the way, I like NextScripts SNAP deep/rich features, but who cares if they’re broken. The UI is also extremely outdated.

I switched to Revive Old Posts with their Pro Add-on ($75 i think). It works. The GUI is updated but its functionality slightly limited. I can live with the limits because it’s easy and it works.

It was well-worth the change and now that PayPal refunded my fee after winning the dispute, everything’s great.

@slaterocks, That is a good news for you.

I need to use this plugin. It has auto-posting to the unique social media called “LINE”. There is not much choice for this and NextScript is the best and works well with it…

Well, I need to sit down and wait until they recognize us.

    Thank you for your reply!
