Exporting Gibberish

    All of a sudden the .csv file contains nothing legible. It’s all gibberish. I can’t tell you when it stopped working, and I’ve tried disabling other plugins, uninstalling & reinstalling, etc. Thoughts? Here’s row 1 of the export file:

    Which language export is this? Check the file format is in UTF-8 by opening it using notepad++ under encoding menu. Add detailed info for more help.

    We have released a new version for the WordPress Comments Import & Export plugin. Please try updating the plugin to the latest version(2.1.5) and try exporting.

    @smacksupport, thanks for answering my question with a question. I guess I should have provided a systems report.

    @webtoffee, thanks for digging into this and realizing there was a problem without needing a systems report. I appreciate the quick turnaround! The update worked perfectly!
