Actually it seems there is an issue with “revenu” export only.
It create the file in FTP woocommerce_upload/reports but nothing is sent.
Also i dont know if it’s normal or not but it doenst create the “.headers” file for “revenue” report.

@revwow Yes I am getting exactly the same problem, only issue with revenue reports
Hi there,
Thank you for reaching out and I’m sorry to hear about the troubles receiving the revenue report email!
As a first step, can you please install WP Mail Logging plugin and check if emails are not sent out at all/there’s an error, or they are sent but you aren’t receiving the emails (making this a deliverability issue)?
https://docs.woocommerce.com/document/email-faq/
I also don’t immediately see other reports of revenue reports emails not being sent at all (confirmed with WP Mail Logging plugin) – would you mind sharing links to forum threads/GitHub issues/articles describing this issue?
As a temporary workaround, you could try selecting a shorter period for the report so that the file is downloaded instantly, or accessing the email/report through WP Mail Logging plugin.
Thank you!

I added wp mail logging.
When i try to export “command” all is fine, and i see the log in the wp mail logging list but when i try to export “revenue” it doesnt send it, and i dont even see it in the log report in wp mail logging list.
Did you happen to try selecting a shorter period for the report per our previous suggestion?
Hi there,
I wanted to follow up and let you know that this turned out to be a bug:
https://github.com/woocommerce/woocommerce-admin/issues/7920
I’d suggest specifying a different period as a temporary workaround, and you’re more than welcome to keep an eye on the issue in GitHub.
I hope this helps!

Selecting different period doesnt help. For some reason even if i select as exemple :
from 1 OCT to 15 OCT it works and give me instant download but my 16 to 30 OCT perdiod force me to an email way and doesnt work as specified up there.

Sure i will.
Hope for a fix soon anyway thanks !

Thank you for additional details!
WooCommerce decides whether to send an email or offer an immediate download based on the number of records, so if I had to guess, I’d say that the file/report for the period between 16th and 30th of October is larger.
In this thread, user reports that the .csv file is created in the WooCommerce uploads folder:
https://wordpress.org/support/topic/email-not-sending-for-revenue-monthly-report/#post-15063265
As a temporary workaround, you could try accessing the file via FTP:
Using FileZilla
It’s hard to say how long it will take for our developers to fix this as the issue seems to be intermittent/not present on all sites, but I hope you’ll be able to access the file via FTP.
